Reiki Attunements
HELP YOURSELF... HELP OTHERS... HELP THE PLANET
You can do all of these things simply by learning Reiki.
How to begin on your Reiki journey.
Basically we teach Reiki from our home, but we will also conduct the classes in a group setting such as a store, yoga studio, wellness center or the like.
All classes are taught by Donna and Daniel La Sota. We are both Usui Reiki Master Teachers. We live in Hamburg, New York which is about ten miles from the city of Buffalo. We have been doing this for many years and we enjoy every class we teach. The classes are a mixture of teaching, question/answer discussion periods and hands on experience. The student will learn how to do a healing on themselves and on others and will also receive a Reiki treatment from others.The basics of Reiki I and II Classes:
- A brief history of Reiki
- Information about Reiki
- The many ways Reiki can be used
- The three degrees of Reiki
- Explanation of the Reiki fundamentals
- How to prepare your healing area
- Explanation of the Reiki attunements
- How Reiki works
- The Reiki hand positions
- Watching a treatment be performed by Dan or I
- Practicing healing on yourself and on others
- Instructions for a full seated Reiki treatment
- Instructions for a quick treatment when time is a factor
- Explanation of our chakras and why they are important in Reiki.
- The attunements for Reiki I
- The first three Reiki symbols, their meanings and individual uses
- Instructions for distance healing
- How to draw each symbol
- The attunements for Reiki II
I have used the example of the Reiki I and II intensive because many people choose to take this class. However, if you would like to take Reiki I and Reiki II separately that can be arranged also. In Reiki I the numbers from 1-15 would be the entire class. In the case of the Reiki I and II intensive all attunements for both Reiki I and II are given on that day. The intensive lasts about 6 to 8 hours and includes lunch. The groups are always fun. You get to meet new people who share your interests and are also excited to be experiencing their attunements.
If someone already has their Reiki certification and would like a refresher course or an attunement booster the cost would be $100.00. In this case it would be necessary for you to present your Reiki certificate to us for the class you are taking.
The Prices for Reiki Classes
- Reiki I and II booster course: $100.00
- Reiki I: $100.00
- Reiki II: $150.00
- Reiki Levels I and II intensive: $225.00.
Each student will receive a notebook containing information covering everything involved in Reiki I and Reiki II. The manual consists of a hard cover folder with all the information and hand outs safely tucked away inside. Please bring a notebook and pen with you. At the end of the class you will receive your Certification as a Reiki I, Reiki II, or Reiki I and II (depending on which course you take.) We will need your name printed exactly as you would like it on the certificate. You should also bring a warm blanket or throw and a pillow if you choose to.
We will also be teaching Reiki III but the website information isn't ready yet. I will get it up here as soon as possible.
If you are interested in taking any of the Reiki courses, please contact either Donna or Dan. We usually try to set up classes on Saturday or Sunday to make them as convenient as possible for everyone, but if that's not possible for you we will work something out.
